  • How frequently should i deep clean my carpets?

    In an office setting we recommend at least twice a year.  In a residential setting we recommend at least once a year deep cleaning.  Deep cleaning carpets removes the tough and ingrained dirt which allows your carpets to stay healthy and last long.  Deep cleaning is done beside the routine vacuuming that should be done to maintain the carpet in good condition.

  • Do we need to take the carpets away for cleaning?

    Carpets can be clean in place and in particular where it is glued to the floor.  Where they can be removed also, we can take them and clean in our facility and return in good order and dried appropriately.

  • How long will it take to dry my carpets?

    The drying time depends on the area cleaned and the availability of electric power to use our drying methods.  On the average, to thoroughly dry carpets, it takes between 2-3hrs.
