How many people will come to clean my site?
This will depend on how large the place is and over how many days the work is planned. We resource our teams adequately so that we deliver the site at the promised date without any excuses.

Why do you want to be last workers on site?
It is often the case per our experience that other construction workers often cause a big mess with their work without any regard to previous cleaning that may have been done. This leads to suspicions that the cleaning was inadequate. We therefore want to schedule cleaning to take place after construction ends to keep your site in top condition.

What does post construction cleaning entail?
Generally this involves three stages:
- Pick up of construction debris
- Deep cleaning
- Move in cleaning
The cleaning contract will specify which of these stages the client is happy for us to undertake.
